Supreme Hockey Summer Performance Program

 

Designed specifically for hockey players ages 10-16, the Supreme Hockey Summer Performance Program is a simple, effective, and easy-to-follow training system built to help athletes improve strength, power, speed, agility, and overall hockey performance during the offseason.

 

This program was created with young athletes in mind. The workouts are structured to be straightforward and easy to understand while still delivering maximum results. By focusing on hockey-specific movement patterns and progressive development, athletes can build a strong foundation that translates directly to improved performance on the ice.

 

One of the biggest advantages of this program is that it requires minimal equipment and can be completed at home, in the driveway, at the park, or in the gym. The goal is to eliminate barriers and make high-quality hockey training accessible to every player.

 

Equipment Required:

  • Bench or sturdy platform for step-ups
  • Pilons or cones
  • Skipping rope
  • Workout ladder (or draw one with chalk)
  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance band

 

The program is designed so athletes can follow along independently, but parental supervision is recommended, especially for younger participants and when performing strength exercises.
