Our Checking Clinic is designed as a structured introduction to body contact, focusing on proper hitting technique, timing, and body positioning. Players will learn how to give a hit and safely receive a hit, while developing strong gap control and effective stick checking skills. We emphasize protecting yourself along the boards, understanding danger areas on the ice, and building confidence through proper, safe techniques. This clinic teaches players how to play physical the right way — smart, controlled, and confident.
